Special thanks to Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) Labor Attache RUSTICO SM DELA FUENTE, Overseas Workers Welfare Office (OWWA) Welfare Officer Sir EDUARDO BELLIDO and the POLO-OWWA Staff for giving FILCRO-KUWAIT the opportunity to impart the basic cooking of Filipino delicacies PUTO & KUTCHINTA to fellow Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the State of Kuwait.
